RECEPTION HOURS

8.30am-5.30pm subject to cleaning duties and season, if reception is closed when you arrive, self-check in is possible using the check in kiosk Machine.

LATE CHECK IN PROCESS

If you are arriving after this time we have a 24/7 Check In Kiosk in our Bar/ Comfort Lounge area, make your way through the glass doors at the front of the building, you will find the Check In kiosk next to the bar on the left. you wil need the surname and mobile number or reservation/confirmation number of the booking to check in, once you have checked in the boomgate access code will be sent to your phone by sms and by email, you can find maps on the kiosk to locate your room or click on the map link Property Map. PLEASE NOTE we only have Telstra and Optus Networks available in the area. If you use Vodaphone network, please update your contact details as you won’t have any service.

DINING & FOOD SERVICE OPTIONS

We have partnered with local caterer Amanda from Valley Eats, who will prepare and deliver her delicious freshly made meals to BIG4 Cape Jervis, orders must be placed by 10am on the day prior to when its required.For menu’s and her contact details please follow the link https://www.facebook.com/ValleyEatsYum/

  • Meals are also available 2 kilometers away from the Cape Jervis Tavern, ring to book 08 8598 0276.
  • The Station Bar is open Friday to Sunday from 5pm until 7pm
  • Vending machines are available 24/7 in our lounge area for ice creams, frozen meals, snack foods and cold drinks.
  • The Minimart is open from 8.30am- 5.00pm (Subject to cleaning duties) for most essential items including frozen meals. all rooms have a microwave for your convenience.

WIFI

Wi-Fi is not available in our rooms, however it is available in our comfort lounge/ bar area 24/7 for your convenience.

CAMP FIRES & OPEN COOKING

No fires, including barbecues and campfires, are permitted between November 30 to April 30 each year. However, gas barbecues may be permitted in designated areas, camp fires are NOT permitted. other than these dates, management reserves the right to ban fires under certain weather conditions.

PETS

If you are bringing a pet, please make sure you have booked them as a part of your stay, pets must be kept on a leash at all times within the property they must be registered and display disc, Pets are not permitted in the amenity block or camp kitchen area, they must be kept on a leash whilst in the park and are not allowed to enter the property of other guests without consent.

  • Pets must be supervised at all times and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet.
  • Pets must not be left unattended within the park and excessive or continual barking or yapping is not allowed.
  • For health and safety reasons, washing of pet accessories such as dog blankets, is strictly prohibited in the park laundry washing machines.

ANIMAL FEEDING TIME

Is 4.00pm, Feel free to come to reception @ 4pm daily and help feed Heaven the horse, Felix, Clinton the sheep, The emus, Guinea Fowl & Chooks, an interactive experience for those who like to get back to nature, Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

TOURIST INFORMATION/BOOKINGS

As we are the gateway to Kangaroo Island and located in the stunning Fleurieu Penninsula, If you are interested in travelling to or through these areas we are happy to assist with information and ferry services.
As we are the start of the Heysen Trail & close to Deep Creek National Park, we can also book your national park passes for you.
We have a generous amount of local information in our Comfort Lounge with wifi, fireplace, TV book swap and games that you can play while here, this area is open 24/7 for your convenience.
